The executable file ndtask.exe is a process associated with the program ManageSoft Task Scheduler from Manage Soft Corporation. The Task Scheduler is part of the ManageSoft software asset management suite. This program is a complete software asset management solution that can be applied for individuals to small scale business networks. The Task Scheduler is basically a function piece that dictates which process they will implement at any given time. The user can set programs and assign a time when it will run. WIth this function, they can save on bandwidth allocation and CPU memory. The Task Scheduler can also be used for Security purposes. It can assign access restrictions on its programs by assigning passwords. The Task Scheduler also checks the current running tasks and activate tasks remotely.
