The process na_service.exe is the product launcher for the software Net Access Service. This software is licensed by Schneider Automation. Schneider Automation is a complete electronics solution company. It provides all services pertaining to electronics, from individual requirements to large infrastructure system. It also specializes in full automation services. Schneider also provides both the hardware and software for automated Ethernet activity. The process na_service.exe is the access file for their clients. Thus, this file is bundled for users of their Ethernet service. The software is also a part of their automation service. Some of their hardware and installation services have internet access capabilities. This software serves as their tag for the ethernet network. Since the executable file is bundled and installed with certain products, it is placed on startup by default. The user has the option to modify this.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. na_service.exe. is used by NetAccess from Schneider Automation, If you shut down na_service.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop na_service.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is NetAccess from Schneider Automation, from your system.
