What is  multires.exe

The executable program multires.exe is a background process for a utility provided by EnTech Taiwan. The multires.exe file is a core component of the MultiRes program, which is an application that enables a user to access several options for the configurations and settings of monitor displays, computer refresh rate and graphic drivers display. What this program generally executes is a system tray utility that allows users to perform all the application functions available. This executable program, as prompted by the user, can also automatically make the MultiRes application available at start-up. This process uses 300 KB worth of memory while running, and a storage size ranging from 55 KB to 62 KB. The multires.exe file can be found in the local drive directory, inside the MultiRes folder, which is under the Program Files folder. This background process does not require an internet connection, but needs a video card driver that is compatible with the system hardware in order to run.
