The Konica Minolta Page Pro 1350W printer driver includes the mstmon_q.exe file in its software. The user is required to install the software so that the computer will recognize that the Konica Minolta driver has already been attached to it. The mstmon_q.exe file is responsible in detecting if the printer is turned on. The user will receive an error message regarding the status of the device.
