The mgapp.exe process is an executable program file that is used by the IncrediMail Magentic software, which is a Windows program classified as a desktop enhancement tool developed with a set of features that can allow users to select from a wide selection of wallpapers and screensavers for their Windows systems. The mgapp.exe process is specifically deployed by the IncrediMail Magentic software to assist in the intgration of its embedded functionalities into the Windows-based system, particularly serving as a background process while the IncrediMail Magentic program is actively running in the system. The mgapp.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the IncrediMail Magentic software, which also means the mgapp.exe process is bundled into the installer distribution packages of the IncrediMail Magentic program, alongside other EXE application resources and specific background process items among other component files and libraries that are required by the IncrediMail Magentic software to be correctly unloaded unto the system and for this Windows desktop enhancement tool to perform its functions as requested by the user.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. mgapp.exe. is used by IncrediMail Magentic, If you shut down mgapp.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop mgapp.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is IncrediMail Magentic, from your system.
