The issuser.exe process is an instance of a Windows running program and an executable file by the name Remote Control Client, which is a component of several software products of LANDesk Software Inc., including LANDesk Remote Control Software or LANDesk Remote Control Service, LANDesk Management Suite, and LANDesk System Server Manager or PolicyMaker Standard Edition. Remote Control Client is considered to be an essential part of those programs, because a user is able to plan strategies, analyze problems or resolve issues, provides access and restrictions, and generally control the desktop computer for quick and convenient solution. Thus, the issuser.exe process is important to keep running in the background and must remain stored on a file folder location, usually in C:\Program Files. If this file is disabled or stopped, even corrupted or deleted, the primary tasks of the software associated with it are not going to work. Whenever a user needs to utilize the program that houses this file issuser.exe, he or she may not get what is expected.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. issuser.exe. is used by LANDesk Remote Control, If you shut down issuser.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
