The process hwebman.dll is a dynamic link library associated with the software ViRobot Desktop, an all-in one protection program which can protect the PC from viruses, malwares, and SPAMs, by HAURI Incorporated. The ViRobot Desktop can further offer network protection via a firewall, folder protection, vulnerability assessment and system optimization by cleaning system registry of unnecessary/unused files which can help improve the performance of the machine. It is a non-executable process that is associated with the antivirus program. It is placed under the installation folder once ViRobot Desktop is installed in a Windows-based system. It runs in the background when the antivirus is launched as a process that usually works together with the .EXE file to render the program its needed resources to perform its purpose of protecting the machine from viruses, malwares and SPAMs. The hwebman.dll is deployed in the system and can be found to be part of the installation files of distriburted ViRobot Desktop Program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hwebman.dll. is used by ViRobot Desktop, If you shut down hwebman.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
