HP Toolbox Startup or ProxyStop3 or Apache Tomcat Web Server is the service name of the process hpbpsttp.exe, which is a type of an executable or EXE file, and is a part of the software product called Hewlett-Packard ProxyStop3, which is developed by Hewlett-Packard or HP. The program is basically a part of the HP LaserJet “Printer Tools” application, while hpbpsttp.exe is one of the components that complete the function of the software. In addition, hpbpsttp.exe is a Windows file, which means it is downloadable and definitely runs in most versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems,including Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME, and must not be deleted, unless it is causing problems that affect the performance of the computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hpbpsttp.exe. is used by Hewlett-Packard ProxyStop3 or HP LaserJet "Printer Tools", If you shut down hpbpsttp.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hpbpsttp.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Hewlett-Packard ProxyStop3 or HP LaserJet "Printer Tools", from your system.
