The hoststorageservice.exe file is known as Host Storage Application, and a part of the program Broadcom USH Host Components, also called Broadcom CV Host Component 1.0 or Dell ControlVault Host Components, which is produced by Broadcom Corporation. As a digitally signed by the same company Broadcom Corporation (VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2), it is recommended that the hoststorageservice.exe file must remain stored and running in the background. This file is also a Windows program, which means it is compatible with most certain Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, such as Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows NT. This file must not be terminated or stopped, because it may lead to disabling the software, but if it is causing errors within the program, or problems within the system, then it can be removed or uninstalled.
