Most reports by users and anti-virus programs identify the hggde.dll file as malware. This process is not visible. It can monitor the Internet browser. It monitors and controls other programs and records inputs. A DLL [dynamic link library] file is an application that has functions that can work with other applications. It has a mechanism for shared code and data that can be applied to various programs at the same time. It is easy to arrange and install. This DLL file is a BHO or browser helper object that automatically executes when you run the Internet browser. Personal firewalls often do not block activities of BHOs because the firewall recognizes the BHO as the browser itself. This is one reason why malware such as spyware and adware often use BHOs. Malware is a program created to steal information, access private systems without the consent or knowledge of the owner or interrupt the normal operations of a system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hggde.dll. is used by hggde.dll, If you shut down hggde.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hggde.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is hggde.dll, from your system.
