The hccutils32.exe file is a process that loads when you run Windows. It uses the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. It appears as unknown file on Windows folder. It does not have a visible window. It can record keyboard inputs. It monitors programs. The hccutils32.exe has been associated with system backdoor, worm and cloaked malware. This process can create other processes on disk. It can execute a process. It performs process hijacking by writing on the virtual memory of another process. It can delete other processes from disk. It hooks codes onto running applications to control the system or record mouse activity, keyboard input and screen contents. It can create security warnings, errors, system tray pop ups and messages. It is encrypted or packed by software packing process. It can send MIME E-mail. It retrieves IP address for Websites by using DNS.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hccutils32.exe. is used by hccutils32.exe, If you shut down hccutils32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hccutils32.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is hccutils32.exe, from your system.
