The gwseh.dll file is the process called GWSEH Module that is used by the application GWSEH Module developed by America Online or AOL. A DLL [dynamic link library] file has functions that can be used by other programs. It can be injected into other processes to control or change their behavior. It has a mechanism for shared codes and data that can be used by different applications at the same time that means it can be reused or organized into a module to save disk space and memory. America Online, now known as AOL Inc., is a company that provides multinational mass media. It invests, grows and develops brands and Websites. Its business includes digital distribution of services, products and contents that it offers to publishers, advertisers and consumers. It is known for AOL, an online software suite that enables customers to access the worldwide online community.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. gwseh.dll. is used by GWSEH Module, If you shut down gwseh.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop gwseh.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is GWSEH Module, from your system.
