The process file is also utilized by adware and spyware which has the ability to function as monitoring the Internet Browser and is able to record inputs. The process file gvtl.dll is not visible and is neither considered as a Windows core file.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. gvtl.dll. is used by Gamevance Text, If you shut down gvtl.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
