Kye Systems is a longtime OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for Microsoft's peripheral division, which has marketed its computer mouse under the Genius brand. The freeware ioCentre software from Kye Systems is a process that supports the functionality of the Genius mouse, which is a wireless, laser mouse that gives the user better cursor control. The installation of the ioCentre software provides the Genius mouse with seven different groups for the Keystroke button. The System group allows the user to launch various programs, access Finder, open the Music or Picture folder, maximize, minimize, and show the desktop using the Genius mouse.
