What is  fsstarter.exe

The fsstarter.exe file is an executable process that serves as one of the program files of an application called FileServe Manager. The FileServe Manager is classified as a download management program with a set of integrated features for organizing, managing, pausing and continuing content downloads. When activated, the content of the fsstarter.exe process instructs the FileServe Manager application and the system where this program was installed to initialize other required program files that correspond to the functionalities requested by the user from the FileServe Manager console.
