The file fsscoehk.dll, known as oeaddonhook, belongs to software F-Secure Spam Control by F-Secure. F-Secure Spam Control is software that detects and filters unsolicited emails that are a continuous source of threat for corporate email systems. It is installed together with F-Secure Anti-Virus or F-Secure Internet GateKeeper to create a secure and comprehensive content inspection for network security. F-Secure Spam Control works by classifying messages based on multiple categorization methods such as the email body and header analysis. It also checks items in the message body that have a high likelihood of being spam messages, using indicators like regular phrases and other content items such as words in which some letters have been replaced by special characters. It performs analysis of the structure of the message body to find strange or irregular items or types of text, such as very small or large text. Spam Control can be installed as a stand-alone installation, which is administered locally using F-Secure Web console.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fsscoehk.dll. is used by F-Secure Spam Control, If you shut down fsscoehk.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop fsscoehk.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is F-Secure Spam Control, from your system.
