Upon boot process, framework.exe loads with the Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\RunServices.
