Fax Man or Fax Man Server is the most common process related to the executable fm3032.exe file. This generally installs with the drivers for Lexmark printers, as well as software for Dell Fax Solutions. The file executes a process whose primary role is to enable the fax service of the printer/fax/scanner machine connected to the computer. The user can send and receive fax messages directly from Windows applications, without the need for additional support software. The file loads the process when the user boots-up the system. It may be disabled from startup if the user wishes to reduce boot-up time. The user may manually enable the file only when the fax service feature is needed.
