The file flashget.exe, known as FlashGet, belongs to software FlashGet (Jetcar) from FlashGet. Com. FlashGet is freeware download manager for Microsoft Windows. It combines speed and efficiency, with multi-thread dispatching optimization and the capabilities to disc read and write when downloading. FlashGet integrates with Web browsers such as Google Chrome, Netscape, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Avant Browser, and Opera. it uses up the lowest system resources without influencing or affecting the normal workflow, and can call on an anti-virus to clean-up files after a download has been completed. FlashGet supports HTTP, RTSP, MMS, BT, FTP and other protocols, with seamless integration between protocols that does not require manual switch. It can download a sequence of files or split files to download into sections, and download each section simultaneously. It employs UDCT (ultra disc cache technique) to make downloads more stable and at the same time protect the hard disk.
