Most reviews by anti-virus programs and end users classify flashd32.dll file as malware. Symantec recognizes this file as Trojan Horse. BitDefender identifies the file as Trojan.Generic.2226824. This DLL file automatically runs when you launch programs. It monitors or controls your program starts. It is not a visible program. It is present on infected systems. It resists interrogation by security processes. It can be deleted or created on disk as a process. It injects itself into other running processes. It can be enabled as server or in process object. It can record mouse activity or keyboard inputs. A Trojan or Trojan horse is a type of malware that does not replicate itself. It may seem to perform a desirable action but it actually drops malicious payloads and usually uses a backdoor to allow unauthorized access to target system.
