File and Archive Manager is the service name of the process far.exe, which is an executable or EXE file type, and is a part of the software product called FAR Manager or FAR File Manager or FAR Manager or Far Manager (version 2), which is created by Eugene Roshal & FAR Group. The program is basically designed and used to manage files and archives in computers, particularly Windows operating system machines, which means the far.exe file is compatible with most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, commonly known as Windows operating systems, or Windows OS, including Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME. Whatever the Windows OS is installed onto the computer, the far.exe file needs to remain running, and must not be terminated, unless it is causing problems that affect the performance of the system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. far.exe. is used by FAR Manager or FAR file Manager or FAR Manager or Far Manager, If you shut down far.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
