What is  exiftool.exe

The executable process file exiftool.exe (version 8.1.5.0) is described to be as a Read and Write Meta information that is developed by Phil Harvey. The process file is also described to be as a platform-independent Perl library that provides a wide array set of Perl Modules to write and read meta information of various images, video, audio and document files, thus it is considered as a command-line application. The process file supports formats that include ID3, EXIF, AFCP, GPS, FlashPix, IPTC, Photoshop IRB, XMP, ICC Profile, JFIF, and GeoTIFF. The process file is found to be running in the task manager as the process exiftool.exe. The process file is found to be located in the folder of C:\Windows\System32 and in the directory of %TEMP%\par-hans\cache_exiftool_8.24 and in %PROGRAMFILES%\Denoise My Imagefree. On Windows 7 or XP, the process file has a file size of 2,922,905 bytes. The process file has no visible window, and neither is it considered to be a Windows system file.
