Fix-It utilities is a one-click PC clean-up tool that provides a solution for fractured registry, fragmented hard drive, and other ills that affect the performance of the PC. The software features a suite of tune-up tools that cleans up the PC and improves system performance. Fix-It Utilities has a navigable interface that provides a list of clean-up and repair tools on the left side and a main window that provides the different options for each of the tools. Upon launch, the program provides the user with a list of detected problems as well as the overall health of the system's security and maintenance. From the diagnostic results, the user can run any of the Fix-It options, which includes the System Optimizer, Windows Optimizer, Internet speed Optimizer, and the Active Intelligence feature that monitors, maintains, and automatically fixes the PC without user intervention.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. errhook.dll. is used by Fix-It utilities, If you shut down errhook.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop errhook.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Fix-It utilities, from your system.
