The file epresentation.exe, known as AcerePre Application, belongs to software Acer ePresentation Management by Acer. Acer ePresentation Management software offers the user a quick and easy way to set the notebook PC's resolution when using a projector or other external display device. The user can select from two options of pre-defined resolutions, and choosing either option will set the monitor and external display resolution. This utility allows switching the display mode between Notebook LCD only and Notebook LCD + External display, and the two projection resolution options are Projection: XGA (1024 x 768 pixels) or Projection: Normal (800 x 600 pixels) according to the external display device. Clicking on the option button enables the external display device and set booth Notebook LCD and external display device to the specified resolution. Before making the presentation, the notebook has to be connected to an external projector first and then ePresentation Management should be launched from the Acer Empowering Technology.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. epresentation.exe. is used by Acer ePresentation management, If you shut down epresentation.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop epresentation.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Acer ePresentation management, from your system.
