The file el.exe is described as External Link for the product SoundTrack AudioDSP24 from Hoontech Co. LTD. SoundTrack AudioDSP24 is a modular and expandable system that offers a complete hard disk recording environment for high-resolution digital multi-track recording, mixing, and editing with solid timing. This system is composed of the DSP24 board and digital I/O bracket that which supports optical, coaxial, AES/ABU in/out and CD digital input without added boxes. The DSP24 card itself has analog 18-bit line-in, 18-bit line-out, and a mic-in for standard Windows operations. It uses the IC ensemble Envy 24 I/O controller chip and provides AKM 24 bit/96 kHz codec for analog input and output. The executable file el.exe is the External Link or the intuitive program interface, which is the main switchboard that allows the user to control signal flow easily and quickly. The External Link accessed by the executable file el.exe facilitates signal routing and changes in the system configuration.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. el.exe. is used by SoundTrack AudioDSP24, If you shut down el.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
