The file process called e_fatiaea.exe is a component of the program EPSON Status Monitor, particularly version 3 or EPSON Status Monitor 3, which is a software product created by Seiko Epson Corporation. EPSON Status Monitor 3 is used for Epson Stylus CX4200 Series, which are inkjet printing devices, and displays as a printer icon in the system tray of the computer, so when it is clicked, the user is able to check the ink level of the cartridges, as well as other printing related information, such as performance on Print Head Alignment, Head Cleaning, and Nozzle Checks. This application is installed when the printer is downloaded onto the computer. So, the e_fatiaea.exe file is essentially added on the computer, stores itself on a folder location, registers into the Windows registry, and automatically run in the background. This file is recommended to remain stored and running on the Windows system, and must not be terminated.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. e_fatiaea.exe. is used by EPSON Status Monitor, If you shut down e_fatiaea.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop e_fatiaea.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is EPSON Status Monitor, from your system.
