This application is a small program built into the Tific Digital Support System software, which is a Windows application classified as a local and remote network support access program that was developed with a set of features for providing user options to client systems for accessing esupport resources that are offered through email ticketing and live chat platforms by network servers. The connectesupport.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Tific client application, which is in turn activated in the Windows-based client system upon the configuration and deployment of the Tific Digital Support System software across the local or remote network where the client computer is connected to.
