The btvstack.exe is considered to be a part of the Bluetooth Suite pack and is owned by the Qualcomm Atheros. The Bluetooth Suite allows the user to rapidly sync and share any of his or her files, like music, photos, documents and etc., and gives the capability to connect virtually to any Bluetooth device together, for example a mouse, tablet, mobile phone or keyboard. The btvstack.exe is a running program therefore it is executable. The 64-bit program operates when given privileges as the current user to be logged in. This program is a part of the Atheros Bluetooth drivers or stacks. This program is not necessary for the computer to run unless the use of Bluetooth is needed. Otherwise, this process can be enabled or disabled according to the preference of the user. This utility is considered to be useful by users and is efficient and should be used accordingly. It does not pose any threat or malicious content.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. btvstack.exe. is used by Bluetooth Suite Pack, If you shut down btvstack.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop btvstack.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Bluetooth Suite Pack, from your system.
