The process BitLord Client with the filename bitlord.exe is an executable program from BitTorrent Client, an internet based application that allows transferring and sharing of files of any size from one user to another using a certain network. Files shared using this application can be of any type and may be downloaded or uploaded by all users of the application. Bitlord.exe is the background process of BitTorrent Client and it supports the uploading and downloading functions of the application. This file has access to the internet and runs without any visible window. The file bitlord.exe is not a core component of windows but is necessary for BitTorrent Client to work. The executable file is located inside the subfolders of the Program Files folder inside the local directory and may occupy 300 KB to 2.3 MB of disc space. Removing this file will not cause any damage to the operating system, but may hinder BitTorrent Client to work properly.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. bitlord.exe. is used by BitTorrent Client, If you shut down bitlord.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop bitlord.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is BitTorrent Client, from your system.
