What is  bcserver.service

The bcserver.service process, which is housed in the program called Bandwidth Controller Standard or Traffic Shaper XP Server, is a file that loads itself in the system to perform the encoded task, which is related to the control of network against congestion and Internet usage, because the software is basically designed to limit or restrict bandwidth, to ultimately keep the network free from being congested. The bcserver.service file is executed, once it has been added into the computer registry, and starts to run automatically during the startup of Windows, or whenever the user opens the program to launch in an open window.
