BullsEye Network is a company that offers privacy software to erase program activity and Internet tracks online. Bargain Buddy is a software that monitors user Internet usage and pops advertisements based on Websites that the user visits. It might also show ads for the company Exact Advertising such as PhotoGizmo and FunGameDownloads.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. bargains.exe. is used by BullsEye Network/BargainsBuddy ADP Module, If you shut down bargains.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
