Most reports from anti-virus programs have classified avpi32.dll as malware. The creator of the file is unknown. DLL files are dynamically linked or loaded files that can work or affect the activities or behavior of other DLL files or another executable application. It can inject codes into other processes. It can alter the activities on your Internet browser. It can also monitor applications and steal personal information to be sent to the malware that is using it such as spyware or adware. It is usually not visible to the user. The avpi32.dll file is hidden. It is not a system file for Windows. It may be a compressed file. Most reviews have identified avpi32.dll file as an unsafe process. DLL files when used as malware can execute, create or terminate processes. They also resist the interrogation of security and system processes.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. avpi32.dll. is used by avpi32.dll, If you shut down avpi32.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop avpi32.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is avpi32.dll, from your system.
