AutoShutdown Utility Application or Auto Shutdown Computers at Schedule Tme or Windows Doctor (version 2.7.3) is the service name provided for the process autoshutdown.exe, and is a part of the software product branded as AutoShutdown Application or PC Auto Shutdown or Windows Doctor or WinMend Auto Shutdown, which is developed by GoldSolution Software or Barefoot Productions or WindowsDoctor International. When installed onto the computer, the main purpose of the autoshutdown.exe file is to schedule the shutdown of log off of the computer, as managed by the user. The autoshutdown.exe file has a digital signature (drivermagician.com - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2), which makes it a safe and legitimate module to download onto the computer, that is supported by one of the new or later versions Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, like Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. autoshutdown.exe. is used by AutoShutdown Application or PC Auto Shutdown or Windows Doctor, If you shut down autoshutdown.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop autoshutdown.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is AutoShutdown Application or PC Auto Shutdown or Windows Doctor, from your system.
