The process is not CPU intensive. It can be located in the subfolder C:\Program Files\Common Files. The size of the file is 144,728 bytes on Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system. It is a dynamic link library file that has functions that will run with another executable application or another DLL file during runtime. The process has no visible window. You can enable or disable the process by going to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. The aucolpwd.dll is signed by Verisign. It is a digitally signed file. It is not a core file for Windows. The file can record inputs, and can manipulate the behavior of other programs.
