The appflt.sys process is also known as Panda Network Manager. This program file is a Windows driver. The Panda Network Manager has a software that enables a computer to communicate with other hardware or device that is connected to it. Thus, the program has a direct access to a computer’s Operating System internals. The Panda Network Manager allows its user to control and manage the settings of different programs that runs in the system. The program has also components which helps in the settings configuration processes. The appflt.sys or the Panda Network Manager is commonly located in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder. This program is known to have a file size of 44,544 bytes on 57% of all occurrences in Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems. The user can also start or disable the Panda Network Manager any time through the Windows Control Panel.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. appflt.sys. is used by Panda Network Manager, If you shut down appflt.sys, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop appflt.sys, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Panda Network Manager, from your system.
