What is actionagent.exe
The actionagent.exe executable is a component of the Dell OpenManage software, created by Dell Systems. The actionagent.exe is also called the ActionAgent Module. The OpenManage software was created for Dell’s servers. The OpenManage application enables a user to manage a Dell-branded server which indicates that a network administrator can view settings, information and hard disk space of several other servers as well as update drivers for both the Dell server and the other servers. The OpenManage application allows filtering of websites and URLs in all servers. The OpenManage software also allows a user to limit disk usage, limit application usage, and limit internet connection data through a singular network administrator server. A Dell server can be programmed, using the OpenManage software, to automate server tasks such as updating and booting. The OpenManage application can also be used to manage a physical, virtual, local or remote server as long as it is connected to the network with the Dell –managed server.
