This EXE process file is a part of the software Lavasoft Ad-Aware Enterprise Client or Ad-Aware Enterprise Client developed by Lavasoft AB. This file is in-charge of processing the settings of any applications run by a user’s computer system. Lavasoft Ad-Aware Enterprise Client protects a user’s computer from spyware and other viruses which causes a computer system’s software to not function normally. Ad-Aware scans a user’s memory registry, hard drives, optical drives, and many others. It also prevents insistent occurrences of internet advertisements, malwares, and dangerous tracking components. Error messages such as “This application has failed to start to run on Windows because 28f0b910_0.dll cannot be found” will pop up in a user’s computer if a problem in the program file is detected. The aaclient.exe is located in a subfolder of C:\Program Files with a file size of 368,640 bytes on Windows 7 and XP. A user may uninstall the program if suspected to have caused other program’s malfunctions.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. aaclient.exe. is used by Ad-Aware Enterprise Client, If you shut down aaclient.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop aaclient.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Ad-Aware Enterprise Client, from your system.
