The process 120util.exe is from the software D-Link AirPlus from the company D-Link. This is most commonly known as WLAN adapter utility and it serves as a tool for the computer to be able to connect to a high-speed internet without the use of wires and cables. This process commonly takes a minimum of 240 KB up to a maximum of 360 KB of file size in storage, and should only be located inside the Program Files subfolder, under the local drive directory. When running, this executable program displays a status icon in the taskbar, informing the user of its current activity. 120util.exe is not a core file of Windows or any operating system and may be terminated without any damage on the functionality of the computer.
