I have a Toshiba Satellite, and the last few days I have had big problems with my home network that usually runs flawlessly. Every fifteen / twenty minutes about stopping the Internet working, and I get the following error message in Google Chrome: DNS_Probe_Finished_No-Internet I have tried to google me to the problem and has also tried this approach: http://www.reviversoft.com / en / ans ... But so far without success. It also seems that most others who get this error simply can not get online, when the race is not the problem for me. The problems have coincided with the acquisition and the automatic installation of a new mouse. Could it have something to do with it? Thank you in advance for your help! Mikkel

Yes! A wireless mouse can interfere with the packets being sent over your network. When your computer makes a request, it could be misinterpreting the signal that is coming from your mouse, and your wireless card doesn't know how to deal with the data.
What you can do is change your network to 5ghz, which might be possible in your router settings, or get a new mouse. |

Hi Lokesh, and thanks for the reply!
As I have explained below, it is not on purpose, I have not answered before. Simply did not believe there was anyone who could help. Your method I have also been able to google me to and tried before, but I can try it again. |

Hey Mikkel
Here is what you can do: 1. go to start menu, and type in "cmd" in the command bar. 2. In the prompt command type the following: ipconfig \ flushdns then hit enter, it should say that the process is successful. 3. Restart you PC and the problem should go away. Looking forward to hearing from you Basel Comments Commented by

Sorry, I have not responded sooner. I thought you would get an e-mail if there was someone who could help, and when I did not get any, I really believed, that was it.
I've tried your solution earlier, but for the record, I try it like again. Thanks for reply! Mikkel |

Is there a way I can find out whether it is the mouse, it is mad with? Now I have certainly taken it off, and if there are no problems the next few days, it may be assumed to be the.
How do I configure the router to 5 GHz? I have been inside to look in the settings, but it does not seem to be an option. Perhaps my router just too old. It shows a Netgear WNR2000v5.
Again, thanks for your help!
Mikkel
If you haven't noticed any issues when the mouse isn't in use, it's likely that the mouse is indeed the issue.
I let the mouse stay on the sidelines for the next few days and keep our fingers crossed that it works.
