Hi, really need much help, I had this problem when you start the computer, which shows me:
Recovery
Your PC might not start correctly
After several attempts, the operating system of your PC could not be started. Must be repaired.
Error code: 0xc0000001
You must use the recovery tools from your installation media. If no installation media (such as a disk or a USB device), contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer.
Press ENTER to try again
Press F8 for boot configuration

If I give INTRO retry boot and gives the same error, if I give F8 I get the following:

Startup configuration
Press a number to choose between these options
Use the number keys or function F1-F9
1) Enable debugging.
2) Enable Boot Logging.
3) Enable low-resolution video.
4) Enable Safe Mode.
5) Enable Safe Mode with Networking.
6) Enable Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
7) Disable the mandatory use of signed drivers.
8) Disable malware protection early onset.
9) Disable automatic restart after error.
Press Enter to return to the operating system.

And when I press any option of f8, restarts and returns the first blue screen, giving an infinite loop

try to repair the OS with a usb memory with the OS win8 and gives me the same screen but with error 0xc000007b

hope you can help me, thank you very much for your attention.

Hi Esetban,

I would recommend using your Windows 8 installation media and trying the instructions below:

a. Click on Repair your computer.
b. Click on Troubleshoot and then select Advanced Options.
c. Click on Command prompt and type the following commands
d. Press Enter after each command:
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /rebuildbcd
e. Restart the computer.

Also, when you restart your computer, hit the F1 key (check this) to access the BIOS and ensure that the following options are enabled/disabled:

Disable Fast Boot

Disable Secure Boot

Enable legacy boot

Save and Exit

Give this a try and let us know if it worked.

Good luck,

James

Hi Esetban,

It appears to be a problem with the operating system file which might have been corrupted because of power failure. You may follow the steps below and try repair the OS.
  • Power off the computer
  • Restart the system. At the system logo screen immediately press and hold 'SHIFT' and tap the'F8' key to enter 'Recovery' and select 'See advanced repair option'.

  • At 'Choose an option' click 'Troubleshoot'
  • At 'Troubleshoot' click 'Advanced options'
  • Right at 'Advanced Options' screen left-click 'Windows Startup Settings'

  • Now, at 'Windows Startup Setting' click 'Restart' and allow your system to finish with the process. It will do the repair without making any changes to your important folders.
  • If the issue persists, you may try 'Automatic Repair' option in the above step and check if it is able to fix the issue.
I Hope this helps.

Thank You!
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
