Hi Dries,
I would recommend restarting your computer in the Windows safe mode. Once you are in the safe mode, you could try downloading the service pack again using the Windows Update service.
You could even try restarting or resetting the Windows Update services to make sure it is working properly.

This usually happens when you have a virus or malware on your system that prevents the service pack from installing correctly.
