Hello Daan,
Thank you for posting your concern's here. If you would like to revert back to Windows 8.1, please follow the instructions below. 1.If it’s been fewer than 10 days since you upgraded to the Windows 10, or fewer than 30 days if you upgraded before July 29th, 2016: You can go back to your previous version of Windows by going to Settings > Update & security >Recovery and selecting either Go back to Windows 7 or Go back to Windows 8.1. This won't affect your personal files, but it will remove any apps you installed after the upgrade to Windows 10. 2.If it’s been more than 10 days, or 30 days if you upgraded before July 29th, 2016: This option won’t be available in Settings and you’ll need to use a different recovery option. 3.If go back isn't available: Check to see if you can restore your PC to factory settings. This will reinstall the version of Windows that came with your PC and remove personal files, apps and drivers you installed, and any changes you made to settings. Go to Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get started and look forRestore factory settings. 4.Or, if you have a product key for your previous version of Windows: Use the media creation tool to create installation media for Windows 8.1 or Windows 7, and use it to do a clean install.
