Hi Frank,

I recommend contacting COX directly about the product or service you've purchased from them.

Here are some links:

http://www.cox.com/r...

http://www.cox.com/r...

If you made the purchase through Avangate, you can also contact their customer support for assistance:

http://www.avangate.com/shopper-support/

Good luck,

James

Hi Frank,

I would need some more information to assist you properly regarding your concern. Could you please provide specific details of the problem?

If you can send some screenshots or any specific error messages then it would be easy for me to find out the exact issue you are facing.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
