Samsung Theme Designer is an authoring program introduced by Samsung Developers. This tool helps create theme content intended for Samsung mobile phones. Its features include a Working Window that is the current screen up for editing; it will reflect whatever item is selected in the Preview or Tree View Window. It allows selecting of an item for editing, while changing of image can be done in Ribbon Menu, Property Window or Context Menu of right mouse button.
