Hi Eric,
Were your USB 3.0 devices being recognized properly before the update? If so, then you can try any of these options:
OPTION 1. You can try uninstalling and re-installing USB 3.0 version 2.1.36.0 (10-May-12)...
OPTION 2. You can try contacting Sager or Clevo to ask for the most updated USB 3.0 driver version for Windows 7...
OPTION 3. You can try rolling back your version 2.1.36.0 (10-May-12) driver update to version 2.0.34.0 (10-Feb-11)...
OPTION 4. If you can\'t roll back the version 2.1.36.0 (10-May-12) driver update to version 2.0.34.0 (10-Feb-11), then you can try uninstalling it and re-installing version 2.0.34.0 (10-Feb-11). If you don\'t have the installer for this driver version, try these Sager NP7280 (Clevo x7200) USB 3.0 driver installers:
*** Clevo USB 3.0 Driver Update Version 2.0.34.0, Apr 29 2011 for Windows 7 -- ftp://usftp.clevo.com.tw/X7200/OTHERS/USB30.zip
*** Sager USB 3.0 Driver Update Version 2.0.34.0, May 12 2011 for Windows 7 and Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit -- http://www2.sagernotebook.com/Sagernotebook/misc/06USB_NP7280.exe
Let us know if any of the options above works. You can also try Driver Reviver for automatically updating your Sager NP7280 (Clevo x7200) USB 3.0 driver for Windows 7. You can learn more about Driver Reviver here: http://www.reviversoft.com/driver-reviver/
