The zvprtsrv.exe file is an EXE application process used by the Zan Image Printer software, which is a Windows program classified as a virtual printer driver application with a set of features that can allow users to convert printable documents into image files and save these in widely used formats like JPEG, PDF, BMP and so on. The zvprtsrv.exe assists in the implementation of these virtual printing functionalities into applications that are embedded with printing support, such as word processors and text editors among other document presentation programs. The zvprtsrv.exe process is included as one of the component files and libraries bundled into the installer distributions of the Zan Image Printer software, which also means the zvprtsrv.exe process is placed in the Windows-based system upon the installation of the Zan Image Printer application. The zvprtsrv.exe process and the Zan Image Printer software are embedded with compatibility support for widely used versions of Microsoft Windows, such as Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. zvprtsrv.exe. is used by Zan Image Printer, If you shut down zvprtsrv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop zvprtsrv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Zan Image Printer, from your system.
