Zooming Utility Hotkey Hook is the most common name for the process that installs through the file zoominghook.exe. This file is included in the Toshiba Zooming Utility software. The purpose of the file is to provide users with tools for enabling and configuring the zooming features of the software. Basically, the process allows users to enlarge the display sizes of their programs or applications such as Microsoft Office apps like Word and Excel, Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, and also your desktop icons. This utility is beneficial to those who have a hard time reading small prints on the screen. You can configure the display size for each of the programs so that when you restart the PC, the new display size will already take effect and you can read everything on your screen more clearly. The file uses explorer.exe to launch its services onto the system. It has a standard disk path of C:\Windows\System 32\zoominghook.exe.
