Data Manager is the service name of the file process xpadder.exe, and a part of the program Realtek HD Audio Sound Effect Manager, or TuneUp Utilities 2012, or Sistema operativo Microsoft Windows, or Intel(R) Common User Interface, or Microsoft Windows Operating System, or Microsoft IntelliPoint, or Sistema Operacional Microsoft Windows, or HyperSpin, or Realtek Sound Manager, or Google Chrome, or Samsung PC Studio, or GuardMailRu, which is created by Bandoo Media, Inc., or Realtek Semiconductor Corp., or TuneUp Software, or Microsoft Corporation Intel Corporation, or HyperSpin-FE.com, Google Inc., or Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Regardless of the software installed onto the computer, if one of these are downloaded, xpadder.exe is also among the components that is added on a folder location, registered into the Windows registry, and run in the background. This file is not just an executable file, but also a Windows process, which means it works with most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. xpadder.exe. is used by Realtek HD Audio Sound Effect Manager, or TuneUp Utilities 2012, If you shut down xpadder.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop xpadder.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Realtek HD Audio Sound Effect Manager, or TuneUp Utilities 2012, from your system.
