The wlan111t.exe file is an executable application process bundled with other EXE program files, some modular Dynamic Link Library (DLL) components, certain SYS driver files, various background process items and associated resource files that are required by the NetGear Smart Wizard software. The wlan111t.exe process is particularly deployed as one of the components of the NetGear Smart Wizard program, which is packaged with associated firmware and driver software resources implemented for NetGear WG111T wireless dongle devices. The wlan111t.exe process and the NetGear Smart Wizard software serve as replacement applications for the Windows Wireless Zero Config Service module when a NetGear WG111T device is connected and activated in a Windows-based system. The wlan111t.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of the NetGear Smart Wizard software, which is in turn installed in the system with the NetGear WG111T firmware components and driver software resources.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. wlan111t.exe. is used by NetGear Smart Wizard, If you shut down wlan111t.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop wlan111t.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is NetGear Smart Wizard, from your system.
