The webworks.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of these 2-Wire firmware resources and driver software components, which also means the webworks.exe process is integrated into the installer distribution packages of these 2-Wire firmware and driver software resources. The webworks.exe process is activated by the system and the associated 2-Wire setup and configuration module component whenever the user requests for access to certain functionalities available in the 2-Wire firmware and driver software resources that correspond to the 2-Wire modem setup and configuration features available in the 2-Wire modem device.
